It's Destiny!'s own Liza and Tammy continue their coverage of Rock Star: Supernova. Following is Tammy's take on the this week's reality episode.

DON'T LOSE YOUR HEAD
(Recap by Tammy)
The show opens with the usual toast to the departed rocker. Dana and Ryan continue where they left off in the elimination show, as she makes it known that his remarks weren't appreciated.
Gilby makes a surprise appearance in the mansion, and gathers the rockers together to tell them that today is their next clinic, (everyone's favorite!), which will focus on songwriting. As was the case last season, the rockers are given a track over which they will have to create lyrics and melody. Those who have received the encores this season (Dilana, Toby, and Magni) will get to chose their respective teams. Dilana gets first pick, and chooses Lukas, who adds that she 'deliberately wanted to break him away from Toby'. Being that they're both considered frontrunners so far, could it be a case of keeping your friends close, and your enemies closer? The final teams become:
Dilana, Lukas, Ryan, and Storm
Toby, Patrice, Phil, and Zayra
Magni, Jill, Dana, and Josh
Team Dilana starts well, as Lukas immediately comes up with the idea for the chorus. Dilana becomes frustrated with Lukas wandering around and going on beer runs and claims he has 'problems focusing'. A slightly tipsy Lukas has problems recording his vocals to the track, causing the team much stress, so Storm takes over and gets 'er done.
Team Toby is a bit unconventional, utilizing a megaphone (wonder from whom he got that completely original idea?). Overcoming some technical difficulties as Patrice accidentally erases their track, Phil seems unfazed as he thinks the other teams are plagued with more problems than them.
Team Magni has some clashing between Magni and Jill in their methodology of how to write a song. Magni needs more time to listen to the track, while Jill sings over him, causing him some annoyance. Magni believes Jill is being difficult to work with, and Jill completely disproves this theory by storming off after he criticizes her contribution. Josh pulls her back, and eventually the team manages to complete something they are satisfied with.
When it comes time to perform the songs, Jason Newstead and Tommy Lee join Gilby to listen to what the rockers have created. Team Dilana is up first, and Tommy Lee loves the result, giving kudos to Lukas for writing the chorus. The efforts Toby's team come up with seem heavily influenced by the 'out there' stylings of Zayra, but Jason found it 'just quirky enough to be entertaining'. Magni's team goes last, and the harmonies of the group impress Jason. Supernova claims that all the groups were great, and they piled into the dining room so as to get a chance to know the rockers better. After dinner they are provided with an opportunity to hear more of Supernova's songs for the first time, and the rockers seem enthused at what they are hearing.
Song selection time! This week the person who chooses the song 'Brown Sugar' will also be accompanied by Gilby Clarke. Ryan and Dilana both eye 'I Alone', Ryan tells Dilana he has been 'dreaming' of that song to be on the list, and successfully clears Dana away from it as well. A song on the list 'Anything, Anything' is only known by Storm, and she decides to take it. Storm claims that she could do 'any' song and kill it. The rockers successfully complete song selection without tearing each other apart, and congratulate each other for acting like adults this week.
Will Ryan's choice of 'I Alone' become a dream or nightmare? Check back on Tuesday night to find out!
