It's Destiny!'s own Liza and Tammy continue their coverage of Rock Star: Supernova. Following is Tammy's take on the this week's reality episode.

SATURDAY NIGHT'S ALRIGHT FOR FIGHTING
(Recap by Tammy)
As we begin, the rockers are busy toasting each other after having survived another elimination. Lukas Rossi, never one to let an elephant in the room go unnoticed, points out to the group that he 'would have chosen someone else' were he Supernova. This week's survivors, Jill Gioia and Zayra Alvarez, don't care for his comments, but Lukas claims that he's just being honest, as Chris Pierson was his friend. (Honesty is this year's psychotically clever, I see -Liza) Dilana also seems to be having difficulty accepting the loss of Chris, and reconsiders being so friendly with her housemates, as in addition to their being her competitors, she may find saying goodbye each week too hard.
The rockers meet with a famed vocal coach, Lis Lewis, in the first clinic of the new season. They are put through their paces singing 'What About Love'. A very nervous Dilana is up first. Dilana has never had vocal lessons before and works on her upper register; she notices a significant difference right away. Magni's voice wows Lis to the point where it looks like she wants to have his rockstar babies. Dilana whispers to Jenny Galt that Lukas appears uneasy. Perhaps he has reason, as the vocal coach stresses to Lukas that his singing technique may hurt him in the long run, and attempts to scare him straight up bringing up the dreaded 'vocal nodes' possiblity. Lukas appears undaunted and says mysteriously 'I have many sides to my voice...but I just don't feel like revealing them right now', indicating that perhaps there is some gameplay going on with the wily Canadian.
Josh Logan stumbles across the song choices for the week and is tempted to take his first choice without consulting the others. In the end, he may as well have, as havoc results from the disorganized song selection process. Next to the songs is a letter which states that this week Supernova will be accompanying one of the selections, but it is up to the rockers to determine which song.
Toby Rand tries to instill some sense of order in the song selection process by writing down the songs and listing who wants each song next to it. Josh, who is sick of being Mr.Nice Guy, likes the 'just take it' method better and swipes 'Come As You Are', much to Dana's dismay, as she had also been eyeing the tune. Lukas has a more laissez faire attitude and declares that he doesn't care which song he ends up with, and leave the rockers to battle it out. Which seems like a wise decision, because it gets ugly this week. Gone are the 'rock, paper, scissors' methods of week one. Patrice Pike and Jill break out the claws and go head to head over 'Helter Skelter'. Storm Large gets the unfortunate task of playing referee between the two.
The males retreat to poolside while the ladies argue. Phil Ritchie indicates that his choice is 'White Rabbit', which he claims not to know. Patrice emerges from inside the mansion victorious, clutching 'Helter Skelter'. Meanwhile, this week's 'leper song' remains pinned to the wall, the Rolling Stones classic 'Let's Spend the Night Together'. Lukas seems to be having doubts about his 'take whatever's left' strategy, but accepts the song to prove to himself and the rest of his competitors what he's made of.
On to rehearsals!
Patrice is pleased with her selection of 'Helter Skelter', and it appears that the earlier brawl may have been worth the effort. Zayra rehearses 'Everybody Hurts' with the House Band. The phrase 'sometimes people bite off more than they can chew' rears its ugly head as Zayra instructs the orchestra, er...House Band how she wants the song to sound. Lukas goes through 'Lets Spend the Night Together' and decides to change it up and make the sound a bit heavier. Paul Mirkovich worries that Gilby Clarke isn't going to care for the new arrangement, as Clarke is a huge Stones fan, and it's apparently sacrilidge to alter their songs. Not to be deterred, Lukas proclaims that 'life is taking risks'.
Will his risk pay off? Check back late Tuesday night to find out if the It's Destiny! Rock Star panel thinks so.
